Dr. Diane Codding (she/her) is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Northwestern University. Her research addresses issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice in K-12 and higher education, with a specific focus on STEM education, antiracist praxis, and culturally sustaining pedagogy. She earned her Ph.D. in Education from the University of Delaware, where she specialized in sociocultural and community-based approaches in education.
