Erika Brown, PhD (she/her) is Education and Diversity Program Lead at the American Physical Society (APS). In her time at APS, Dr. Brown has led a portfolio of high-impact programs, including the Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP), the APS Bridge Program, and the National Mentoring Community (NMC). She currently serves as the Alliance Director of IGEN and Project Director of the APS-Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance (APS-IDEA). Dr. Brown is a proud alumna of the all-women’s HBCU, Spelman College and earned her PhD in psychology from Brown University.
